Holy shit.

@fly is the same height and about the same weight.

You're a skinny mother fucker now!
I've still got a little belly, probably because I didn't do any strength training while I was losing. I think I'm going to try to recomp now.

I have officially lost over 100 pounds. I just went for a run to sweat off the last bit. It's been a long road.

Height: 6'1''
Heaviest weight recorded: 269 pounds (I probably got heavier than that)
Goal weight: 169 pounds
Current weight: 168.4 pounds

:bast:
Way to go!!!!! Seriously great accomplishment there. I know how hard it is to do something like that!

How long did it take you to lose 100?
It has taken me about two and a half years. It took 16 months to lose 87 pounds of it.

Once I figured out what was working for me I started losing at a much faster rate. For me that was calorie counting. Now I need to teach myself how to eat without a calculator haha. I plan on staying within 5 pounds of 170 and only counting if I gain or lose too much.

It's a never ending journey for sure and I plan on enjoying the adventure.

Solid brickwork this morning. 90min progression ride on the bike followed by a short but sweet and speedy run.

I've got the national age group championship for Olympic distance on Saturday in Omaha
My triathlete was talking about that yesterday at practice. Saying that he should really get back in the JCC pool because the water temperature in Omaha was 82°F, and he's been training inside in 77°F water for the entire summer.

I don't know the age groups, but he's 57.

I took a rest day yesterday for the first time in over two weeks. I did double up on cardio and strength the day before though, so I guess I'm even now.

I picked up a TV stand by myself with ease the other day that almost killed me a few months ago. After only two weeks of working out it feels like my strength has doubled. I should have started a long time ago.

Yesterday, I got this sharp pain in my left knee only while running. The type you can't run through.

The day before, I did intervals in a heat index of 120F for only a mile.

Which may have something to do with it.

In case y'all are wondering what 100 pounds looks like. I had to guess a little on the before weight, but it was close to my heaviest. That's the same shirt in every picture. (XL Nike dry fit)

Did you twist your knee any yesterday? I'm bad about twisting my left knee and having to stop running for a week or more at a time. Get better
