I think you got it baba, in a couple of weeks you'll be doing 10 minimum. Pull ups, try with your hands together, kind of, helps rather than having them further apart and dont twist the body.Y'all got any tips on how to improve pull ups and chin ups? I managed to do 4 chin ups in one set yesterday. That's the most I've ever been able to do at one time. I could only do one when I started 4 weeks ago. I still can't do any pull ups though.
