Yesterday, I got this sharp pain in my left knee only while running. The type you can't run through.

The day before, I did intervals in a heat index of 120F for only a mile.

Which may have something to do with it.

Don't fucking do intervals. Let this be a lesson to you.

There is a subreddit that I follow that gets me all emotional about people's weight loss. Losing weight is something so mentally huge which gets me all proud of these strangers on there. It's neat.

I do the same thing with several failure forums.
It's working. I'm far less successful this year than I was last year!

Tailwindtini: 1 scoop mandarin tailwind, 1 shot vodka, fill highball glass with seltzer
