Don't fucking do intervals. Let this be a lesson to you.Yesterday, I got this sharp pain in my left knee only while running. The type you can't run through.
The day before, I did intervals in a heat index of 120F for only a mile.
Which may have something to do with it.
I follow the success forum on MFP. It's very motivating for me to see other people meet goals similar to mine.There is a subreddit that I follow that gets me all emotional about people's weight loss. Losing weight is something so mentally huge which gets me all proud of these strangers on there. It's neat.
