Yes, there is nothing we can really do.Have you looked at other indoor and outdoor taps at restaurants to see if they've got the same issue?
Does WOB have condensation on their taps?

What is "Things Ape doesn't get a chance to say on a regular basis," Alex? It's SO FUCKING tight inside
The R-value talk threw me off, I guess. Not worried about the efficiency part, that's fine. In the middle of the humid summer, the taps AND the 2x8s sweat. I'd like to stop that.
You know, if you knew someone that was good with CAD software you could probably sit down with them and design a replacement for the wood that was made of a metal or HDPE skin and insulation inside or something like that...Yep, more insulation, but I'm limited to something like 1.5" of insulation. So I need it to be as efficient as possible, while still being able to possibly get wet.
You guys are seriously fucking bored. Get back to work. Shoo.
Here's a metal 2x8 that you could probably fabricate a new collar with, that would roughly double your insulation capacity. You guys are seriously fucking bored. Get back to work. Shoo.

I've no idea how to do that. Also, sheet metal isn't too sturdy. I need to mount taps to it that drunk people can't rip off.Make a sheet metal brake and bend a new top section instead of making it out of 2x8. Then you'll have plenty of room for insulation.
This
I dunno, with a few bends in it, it stiffens up considerably. Plus if you fill it up with spray foam, it'll be at least as strong as the existing freezer.I've no idea how to do that. Also, sheet metal isn't too sturdy. I need to mount taps to it that drunk people can't rip off.
could also mount a 2x10 frame around it (taps go through it AND the 2x8 metal insulated home made studs).I dunno, with a few bends in it, it stiffens up considerably. Plus if you fill it up with spray foam, it'll be at least as strong as the existing freezer.
