these are the fruits of a good exercise plan

I start training for my next marathon in about 3 and a half weeks.

Right now I'm running about 35mpw, with lifting 2x and core work 3x, with XT of 60min on my bike trainer and another 75min of hot yoga. 1 dedicated rest day a week.

I know I'll gain weight during marathon training, but whatevs. It's more worth it to me to crush my A race this year than a few vanity pounds.
