I go up the slides with razors in my pockets and I place them around on my way down. I like watching people freak out while sipping my beer.

The red waterfall makes a good scenery too.

Had a swim meet this morning. I entered as the breaststroke and freestyle legs of the 200 medley relay, the 200 individual medley, the 50 free, and the 100 breaststroke. I beat a bunch of gals and guys who were about 10 years my junior and at least 75 pounds lighter.

Still got it.

I started biking to work weather permitting. It's 6.5 miles one way and very hilly. It hurts.
