Her posture is terrible.

Can you see where we're standing? We were shooting at a direct TV dish, it's not the hardest thing to hit! More than any thing we were racing against day light. I never said we were pros here haha.
Your stock length is too long, for everyone.
Collapse the stock all the way in, then shoulder the rifle. Doing this you'll find that you're now completely behind it with your shoulders square with your hips. If the length of pull is too short for your shoulder/elbow click the stock back out one click at a time (re-shouldering and pointing with each click) until you get a comfortable arm position but are still squared up.
Also, stand with your feet shoulder-length apart on the balls of your feet and knees slightly bent. Lean into the rifle a bit to give a good, solid brace.
