Wrong. Obama phone is the lifeline assistance program. ACP was started in 2022 and pays for internet service not phones.
Lifeline is a crappy phone and $9.25 monthly phone plan. ACP is a $40 internet subsidy. To get both or either you have to qualify for a federal benefit program.

3) it isn't that clear from the user manual, from what everyone online is saying
3a) let's lock you in a sinking car and tell you to read the user manual to figure out how to use a feature that you've never used.
4) this is dumb because drowning in a vehicle is not the only case where you might need to break a window to get out, especially in a vehicle from a manufacturer that's been known to have vehicles catch fire from time to time.
Please think and explain to me why the hide away door handles that require you to open the manual to know about are not an issue when in an emergency situation.

Opening a door against water pressure is probably pretty difficult. The windows ought to be breakable, as that's the normal mode of operation for escaping a car that's driven into the water.
Not sure how much of that applies to a car with armored windows or whatever.
