  1. I've pooped naked a few times. Feels weird. Just when I'm stepping into the shower then realize I have to go
  2. that's the question, poop first, bathroom smells, poop after bum dirty. you can't win.
  3. Plus the whole flush messing up the water
  4. In that case, you just poop IN the shower and mush it down the drain with your toes.
  5. Only option
  6. nothing like a smelly bathroom swirling its awesome odour with the steam of a hot shower. yummmz :barf:
  7. Doesn't happen here.
Apparently somebody was smrt when they designed the buildings in the complex I live in. We can flush like mad and the person in the shower doesn't notice.
  8. that doesn't happen in my bathroom

  10. ya, we renovated our en suite bathroom a couple years ago, and they run extra piping to prevent pressure drops in the shower. it's the second favourite thing i got done in there. heated floor under the tile is the best.
  11. We're redoing our bathroom this year. How much thickness did the heated tile add? I have a poured concrete floor too if that makes a difference.
  12. not much. it's just wire and thinset. thermostat controlled. takes a couple hours to heat through, but it's on a timer.
  13. I see.

I was looking at it to replace the electric baseboard heater in there already. I'm thinking it would be awesome to eliminate the thing off the wall and use it's 220v power source (also on a thermostat) to power the floor.

Does it heat enough for this? Or am I looking at an exercise in futility?
  14. not the one i have, it basically just warms the floor so it feels good when you're walking on it barefoot. it's not gonna heat my whole bathroom because the room is like 12X12 feet.
  15. my bathroom is like 10x18. I bet they have special radiant floors designed for room heating. Hmmm.....
  16. they definitely do
  17. One of my HS friends had heated marble floors in her hallway, was so nice, I would go round there and just lie in her hallway
  18. I love the smell of my shits.

I've got #StoutFarts today from being at World of Beer last night. It's awesome in my cube right now.
  19. i just had a pulled pork sandwich with a side of baked beans. Gonna do some cropdusting soon.
  20. heating the whole room would be a waste. most of the DIY kits are for heating a section of the floor where you know you'll be standing or walking a lot, like in front of the vanity and right out of the shower. i'm going to use a couple 3' x 5' sections for our downstairs basement when we get to it.
