it 'could' be that ISIS is grabbing for significance wherever they can. I'm not saying it is or isn't on them, just that I want to wait a little longer to see what eventually turns up.
Unless you are privy to information on this, reports of Isis claiming responsibility are just a claim made by some sensationalist press in France. I've not seen anything to confirm it, have you?
Isis claimed responsibility for Orlando but there's no evidence that was true.
