Ontopic Should people who are government leaches be allowed to have children?

Well if you knew the first thing about living here you would know the owner of those premises was not paying rent,
Why would they paying rent on a place they own :tard:
nor was there are council tax bill or dodging as there was no council amenities or electricity therefore it's not entirely leaching unless you really want to be pigheaded about it.

If I was living in someones residential properly, using electricity and gas, getting my mail delivered and my bins collection and they were still paying off a mortgage I could see your point. As it happens, none of that was relevant to my situation.
Doesn't matter, you were still leeching off of someone else.
I've also been paying tax full time from the age of 15 and I pay for my own education instead of government loans etc. so I'm pretty far from a leach on a personal level. :)

Carry on being ignant though misses.

Right right, abusing the government is being a leech, being a thief is so much better. :hay:

Not practical, man. How is the government going to keep track of everyone's addictions? Kiki's bullshit alone could fill a 16 story building.

They don't have to keep track. It will be up to the person collecting the check to keep track and show proof. Also something has to be done to stem the abuse, and other than dropping the program completely, this is probably the next best thing.

Are you saying that tobacco is as addictive as heroin? And that the repercussions of withdrawing from tobacco are as severe as heroin? If they aren't, then my point still stands.

You can quit cigarettes on your own with the symptoms being irritability and a headache. Heroine might actually require supervision based on the effects of withdrawal.

I believe tobacco is as addictive yes, I've read some studies that state that. I'm sure polo has facts, I can never be bothered to google things for the sake of internet arguments. And if you think symptoms are irritability and headache you've either never had a tobacco addiction or you're just very lucky that it hasn't affected you very adversely.

I like how you've been posting online all day during your birthday by the way. Last thing I'd expect from you.

Why is that surprising? All of her friends actually have jobs. she's just tucked away at home alone.

I wonder how polo is coming along with his stop smoking plans.

You were told smoking was highly addictive and bad for your health your entire life kneemo, not any ones fault butt your own that you decided to get into it... Society shouldn't have to pay for someones shitty choices

I like how tobacco is a suck it up drug. You do know how addictive it is, yes? Just because something is socially acceptable does not mean it's any less addictive than something like heroin dude. Tobacco is not something you 'suck up' generally. That's kind of besides the point though.

My boss quit cold Turkey and says it wasn't hard for him. Can't compare cigs to heroin addiction. Those are two widely different addictions.

It depends on the person too. I know some people are highly susceptible to forming addiction. Others aren't. Could be the same way for quitting. I have no experience with that though. I can drop anything cold turkey.

Very true, but I am having trouble grasping how heroin and cig addiction are the same. Heroin, last I checked, was one of the HARDEST drugs to quit.

I thought fly was one of the hardest drugs to quit.

"I wish I knew how to quit you."

Probably true, at least on average. I'm just saying, you may be able to quit heroin easier than Carys can quit cigarettes.

I quit a nearly 2 pack a day habit (of cigs, not heroin ) and it was tough
But Im a complete stubborn-ass , so when I decide to do something I do it

Kissing you is so much better now, thanks for the sacrifice hunny
