Hawt Arrest The Pope!

So I went back and re-read. And you are still applying a 'logic' that furthers both sides of the exhausted God argument.

Liam: "God does not exist. This is a fact until it has proven that he does exist."

Which of course is the same as saying "God exists. This is a fact until it has been proven that he does not exist."

omfg... Fundamental shit here boys... You can not prove something doesn't exist.. Think about it..

I'll ignore the religious aspect of this and go right to international law.

The pope is the Head of State for the vatican, which means, he is a sitting Head of State. On par with the president of the US, or the Premier of Moscow. Which means, under international law, he cannot be arrested or held accountable against actions of the like he is being investigated.

Once you identify how to bypass that, then come talk. The Vatican is a sovereign nation, not just the 'Home office' for the 'Business of the Catholic Church'.

Right or wrong, it is what it is. Anything beyond arguing that is just wasted air.

I can jive with this. However, these indictments would affect him PRIOR to his assent to papacy.

And again what of the other cardinals that new about this and told him? Or about all of the other thousands of cases?

Are you saying the existence of god is just theory? I'm fine with that.

Of course. And the nature of God means his/her/its existence is impossible to be proven.

I find the existence of some kind of god to be more likely than not. Some people believe the opposite to be true.

Some people (on both sides of the fence) consider themselves infallibly right and that anyone who believes otherwise is either 1) a mindless sheep or 2) a minion of Satan.

I think god was just an alien and primitive man couldn't grasp that so they dubbed him/her/it/them a deity
