well, hes a serious guy. I dont interact with him all that much at work but he definitely seems to be a guy who's all about business. Why wouldn't it carry here? Its definitely needed.

That is where you are wrong. I know that there were others that did not “bother” him. However I will not go into since that is what theac asked of me. I was kind of surprised and sadden that fly had made this thread. Since theac did not want it known that he was permanently leaving

this is a community for the people who post here...one malcontent should not and will not dictate how the place should be run

you piss and moan how we're all dirty spammers...I frankly don't see it and apparently the majority of the posters here don't either...and if the place is so bad, why are you here? do you enjoy aggravating others and being some sort of pseudo authoritarian??
 
There should be a special interest forum called the Really Serious Place for people who want to sit around and converse in somber tones. It could be turn-based so that no one can talk over anyone else and all posts can be adequately screened for somberness. That would help keep the internet structured and free of casual conversation, which in my opinion is what drags it so far down.
