I'm getting plastic surgery . . . .

Do you consider lasik, electrolysis, or laser tattoo removal plastic surgery?
no because "plastic" surgery is simply one form of cosmetic surgery. those other ones you mentioned are also forms of cosmetic surgery but they don't fall into the classification of "plastic" surgery any more than a geo metro falls into the classification of SUV

What the hell are you talking about.

There is reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery, they are similar disciplines seperated by the obvious.

Plastic surgery is a catch all used by the media and for PR.

Oh sorry. I don't study idiots Medicine.

"Family Medicine". Good christ.

What are you on about?

Family medicine means you are an internist who can see pediatric, geriatric and everything in between

Where I come from, that's called General Practice.

You know, the disciplines aren't dumbed down for ease of digestion.

:tard: that's why all the 2006 nobel prize winners so far have been American

Oh, of course, because mostly pointless Academic research is the benchmark for able graduates

I'm glad to be part of something where expertise is transferred to making lives better rather than just wasting money and time on something that 99% of graduates in the related field will never encounter or use.

But congrats on the penis waving, hurrr, that's the American way!! :tard:

First of all the Nobel prize is awarded specifically for those things which better humanity as a whole. Second, you have no proof that your higher education system is better than ours. In fact, more of the top ranked schools in the world are in America than the entire continent of Europe.

Now what exactly are you a part of that is making lives better for people?

Penis waving is only natural when you have the biggest and best one around. :D I'm sorry that you can't comprehend the fact that human beings translate their natural, instinctive sense of competition to their societies as a whole and fail to understand that in both nature and geopolitics the strongest are always the pack leaders.
