I like the AB in the GB
Apparently the 5700XT driver situation is garbage right now. Black screens / lockups. Co-worker has the card and has been bitching about it for days.
I was reading that too. But not everyone seems affected?

the 3600 is roughly equivalent to my 2700x (ryzen 7)So I’m thinking a Ryzen 5 3600 and a Radeon 5700 XT.
Is a Ryzen 7 worth it?
Would it be better than my R9 390?One of the ones with built in graphics? They’re getting good reviews.
I took my 2013 macbook pro apart yesterday to put some powdered graphite in the bearing of a sticky fan, and when I put it back together, everything worked again, and the fan rotates once more.
None.and no pieces left over?
I don’t think it would be.
Then what might I want? Proc, mobo, RAM, and prolly NVME.it would not be.
No idea? $500? It's really just for work and posting here.Budget?
You can get a fuckload of chromebook for $500.No idea? $500? It's really just for work and posting here.
if you're gonna spend that much on a mobo and proc you should get a better nvme that takes advantage of the pcie4 bandwidth.Thinking about this:
X570 ATX Motherboard: $180
Amazon product ASIN B07SVRZGMX
Ryzen 7 3800X: $340
Amazon product ASIN B07SXMZLPJ
16gb DDR4 Ram: $90
Amazon product ASIN B07D1XJWSJ
1tb Samsung EVOO:$200
Amazon product ASIN B07MFZY2F2
Radeon 5700XT: $409
Amazon product ASIN B07W95D5V3
$1219 total. More than I had hoped.
Can Windows Home even address that much memory?if you're gonna spend that much on a mobo and proc you should get a better nvme that takes advantage of the pcie4 bandwidth.
Also, 32 gigs of ram
