My scrum master here at work sends out these emails she calls "nuggets" summarizing meetings she goes to. I took one of her meetings today, and sent out a "fragrant turds" email summarizing it.

We had a deparment meeting this morning, a team meeting at 11, a "backlog grooming" session at 11:30, and a Scrum of Scrums meeting at 1.

Microsoft includes one by default in windows 10. All you do is open the file in whatever you're using for editing/viewing, select print, and select the PDF printer.

By editing do you mean you want to convert the file from pdf to word doc or similar? Or by edit do you mean leave comments and highlight parts?
As for the former I know some sites and software give you free trials to convert pdf to word but I don't know any free software that does it so you might have to swallow a fee unless I could find you a bootleg copy and email it over to you
Have you right clicked "properties"(in FIle Explorer, NOT while the file is open) and unchecked the read only box?
Without that, you can still open in Adobe and edit, you'll just have to save to a different file name.
Convert to Word - any recent(last 5 years) version of Word will open a pdf. Might not be pretty, depending. DItto for OpenOffice or Wordperfect.
There are a glut of free online convertors. Google.

Even without fillable fields you can add text. The fields are most helpful if you want to propagate the input to other identical fields. I did that to all the docs at last job - they were filling in the same data on 10 pages docs, sometimes 2 times per page. FFS
Or just click the Fill & Sign button in Reader... That seems much easier to me.
