Now we are being told to, essentially, remove all traces of personality from our cubicles.CEO of the company is visiting at the end of the month. They are taking down every picture and poster in the building in order to paint the walls, then they'll put new pictures and posters up. They did this last time she visited as well.
Last time the CEO visited she went straight to the admin floor, stayed in a conference room meeting with everyone and then left without looking at any of the building.
Jesus what a shitshow. Is this CEO literally the devil? Sounds like so much overkill. Now we are being told to, essentially, remove all traces of personality from our cubicles.
Someone on the third floor is spiraling.
I have no clue. Based on the reactions of people who have been here longer I'm pretty sure someone upstairs is just freaking out for some stupid reason.Jesus what a shitshow. Is this CEO literally the devil? Sounds like so much overkill.
Sounds dumb.I have no clue. Based on the reactions of people who have been here longer I'm pretty sure someone upstairs is just freaking out for some stupid reason.
There are several people who won't be here for the cleanup week, so by default they are?has anyone considered saying no.
I feel the same way. Just did exactly that to @APRILnice thing about small companies
if the "quality department" is being an idiot, I can peek over my cube wall and tell him so
Certainly not everyone is this way, but I need *a lot* of social interaction. Since I no longer go to a place every day to get that, we go see our running group every Tuesday and spend time with friends on the weekend. I could never be a shut-in. I would go crazy. One of my sisters works from her home 90% of the time. Lots of online meetings.
If noticed a big change in her personality over the time she’s been doing it. Not for the better either. The changes in society created by the internets and social media etc may lead to a real weird existence in a hundred years.
