Even when it's related to a thyroid condition?
I could make up about a million "what if" situations for just about anything, you know what I mean.
Even when it's related to a thyroid condition?
The difference is that one is a choice, the other is not.
But if it's my own choice as a private industry to set that policy why can't I do that?
Or what if I don't want to hire any homosexuals (which it's still not proven if it's genetic or choice)
Even when it's related to a thyroid condition?
So if I don't want to hire any Hispanics for my private enterprise, I'm good to go?
It's well established that the left wing continues to perpetuate this hare-brained "theory" that people are born Hispanic.
I could make up about a million "what if" situations for just about anything, you know what I mean.
Who would choose to be gay? Not that it is a bad thing, but that would be torture living every day being completely discriminated by many people around you.
Its very much so genetic.
The whole point I'm getting at, is where do they draw the line?
Why does there need to be a line? Why does a private business need to be regulated on any level about who they choose to hire or why?
Which goes back to my original question. If I decide I don't want any Hispanics in my private business I have every right to not allow it correct?
You should. Currently you don't because you'll get cut by La Raza if you do. And then sued.
Well what grounds would they have for suiing? It's a privately owned business.
affirmative action, home slice. you can't list such things as reasons for not hiring someone. sure you can make up your own reasons but if you get a lot of hispanic applicants and turn them all down eventually someone's gonna get pissed off and sue the frak out of you
Then smokers also shouldn't be discriminated upon because they smoke.
You accept everyone's applications and throw away the ones you don't want. If they sue just explain they weren't qualified enough to get the job.
Wow, that's a big bone you haveexactly. hell my bone structure alone count for over half my weight(yes i sink in non salt-water)
Or what if you're built like me? (who according to those charts, I need to lose over 60 pounds)
But if it's my own choice as a private industry to set that policy why can't I do that?
Or what if I don't want to hire any homosexuals (which it's still not proven if it's genetic or choice)
