Would you say this is discrimination?

Homosexuals are a scourge upon the earth. They take off work just for a sale at Macy's, leading to lesser work production out of them. They distract others by recommending hair products and style tips. They are a detriment to work production of others. They shouldn't be hired for any job but homosexual porn and test subjects for HIV vaccines.

But they don't take the day off work to going hunting when the season first starts. They aren't going to call in "sick" the day after the SuperBowl.

Would you hire a meth adict or even a hardcore alcoholic? What's the difference ultimately?

When's the last time someone just infused with tobacco was unable to complete their job duties. If you came in high on meth or drunk, I'm sure your work performance would suffer as well as the fact that someone could get injured (depending on the type of job)

But while they are at work, they are grooming their fingernails and teasing their hair in the wimmin's bathroom because they have couches and mirrors and shit in there (honestly women, wtf).

The superbowl happens only once a year, the Macy's sale is biannual :drool: I mean :mad:

A smoker's 10+ breaks per day in comparison to my 2-4? I'd call that a performance difference.

I guess if you want to. If it's really that bad of an idea, then your business would go under eventually.

Just to be honest ... when I see the government try and make things fair for the underprivileged, it almost always leads to them getting an unfair advantage. "We need to hire some Black people so we don't get sued for racism." :rolleyes:
 
Forcing a company, via the gov't, to set or enact standards for employment removes the owner(s) right to employ whom they choose.
