Saw it and loved it. It moved a little slow at times but the scenery and acting were great. The guys did a really great job at portraying the characters, the desire and longing they felt, the sadness. Loved it but I'll probably never watch it again unless I feel like killing myself. Soooo depressing.

Since when are cowboys "from a different age". They are cattle handlers and still exist in pretty much the same capacity as they did in the 19th century. Everythign Sarcasmo named exists in contemporary culture. The fact that most traditionally American male institutions, e.g. high school sports, trade uniouns etc., are not "accepting" of teh gay crowd is a well known fact.
