Discussion in 'useless chatter' started by water, Feb 21, 2013.

  1. Really eh?
Hmmmm ok I know nothing about the show. Never seen a commercial or a preview, so noooo clue what it's about... I only read the 3 sentence bio on Netflix

    Will watch it ;)
    Thank guises!
United States of Tara was pure shit. Couldn't get past episode 2
  2. Oh, I think Netflix only has the UK version, which is terrible. We're talking about the US version.
  3. Yeah, any time I turn on BBC America, the edits and cuts they make to shows I've seen on censored American television go even further beyond what we get over here.

For instance, watching Starship Troopers on BBC America is even worse than watching it's edited version on ABC Family.
  4. eeewww WHAT??
a UK version? thats like the walmart version of anything awesome that is not from walmart.

groce. now i have to go check.
  5. Actually I think it was originally a UK show
  6. barf... ok

i shall troll my netflix for a new series.
    this blows.
  7. Have you watched 'The L Word'?

I haven't, but from what I understand, it's probably exactly up your alley.
  8. Also..

  9. i think its all relationshipy and shit...

i just came off Sons of Anarchy and Teen Mom2

  10. Lots of lesbian sex in 'the L word'.. I KNOW YOUR NEEDS

Try 'The Riches'. It was an FX show.

I'm guessing you have already watched 'Nip/Tuck'... If not, do so.
  11. i watched the Riches waaaay back when it debuted and i fucking loved it.

never seen nip/tuck... hmmm isnt that more mainstream network shows?

i like the shit in HBO/AMC/MTV/FX etc... the shows are imo better and edgier
  12. Oh hell no. Nip/Tuck is what got FX started on it's 'lots of sex, lots of violence' kick.

If you haven't seen it, it's EXACTLY what you are looking for.
  13. yeah, I miss Kelly Carlson.
  14. Myrtle Manor.

It's like Trailer Park Boys, only Southern.

    The security guard kills me.
  15. You seriously watch that filth?

For the record, anything on TLC is filth but my wife watches all the say yes to the dress, what not to wear, and all their derivations on that channel, so I'm forced to at least see it out of the corner of my eye.
  16. It's absolutely hysterical, I'm guessing it's not meant to be though.
  17. I accidentally saw a commercial for "duck dynasty" last night, and wanted to put my eyes out.
I cant believe people actually watch shit like that.
  18. I'd rather have a dentist drill to the forehead.
  19. Not only watch, it's for some stupid fucking reason crazy popular down here in Florida.
