No matter which way I tell him to code something, he'll do it a different way. He has almost 1 year experience in coding, yet treats me like he knows better. Fuck.
I did do that and he says he did it a certain way for the ability to handle updates to the data. I told him before and again during this conversation that the data is static. He reiterates that it good in case the data changes. I'm not ok with this because it requires much more work to interface with his setup.Let the guy explain why he's chosen to do whatever he's doing that particular way. Maybe he's got good reasons and you can learn from the guy. Or maybe he'll start explaining why and realize "yeah, wait a sec, that was a bad idea"
