cuda for what? analytics or nvenc/dec?Gonna give zoneminder another go on the NVidia TK1 I've got, since it's got loads of CUDA cores to do the necessary, and I should have enough bandwidth on the network to handle 2 h.264 cameras.

I saw a dude the other day doing 20 4k transcodes with a alder lake cpu. You could stop getting files stuck in the 1990sI'm thinking it might be time to build a new server. I've got an extra 1TB NVMe just sitting here because I've got no space in the server. I dunno if you track this stuff, but think you could keep an eye out for a deal? I need to put a couple NVME drives in it, proc for transcoding, at least 32GB of RAM, etc.
It'll use them for analytics, and also nvenc/dec if I build ffmpeg with support for it.cuda for what? analytics or nvenc/dec?
This suggests some? of it is labeled?man, its almost impossible to not download Dolby Vision content by accident with the *arrs @fly.
None of it is labeled in filename.
I know you get around this by just downloading only 1080p and no HDR, but thats a lame solution
yeah, ive got that filter on. Its still downloading shit. Mostly anything from appleTV.This suggests some? of it is labeled?

ha, i have one too. They go on reddit for 400.... its nuts. Its something about the 8g of memory that makes it good for somethingI just went to Ebay and found out that my R9 390 seems to go for $200-300. Its been sitting in a bin for at least a year. Guess I've started a fund for my new server.
Reddit would be even better. Where do I go to sell it? I also have a 7950 to get rid of.ha, i have one too. They go on reddit for 400.... its nuts. Its something about the 8g of memory that makes it good for something
Looks like $100 or so on Ebay. Either way, I don't need it.r/hardwareswap is the biggest place i think. I dont think the 7950s are worth much
shiiit, i think i have one of those lying around too. I also remember buying or getting a big radeon from you at some point when i needed a card with hdmiLooks like $100 or so on Ebay. Either way, I don't need it.
Only my mom. Back in the day, you had to pay for the Roku app unless you had a Plex Pass. So I added her as a home user. I'm not really sure what it offers any more. Sadly, there's no way to easily transition her to a normal user account.@fly do you use plexHOME to share your plexpass features with those that dont have a plexpass for their user account?
Ive never had a plexpass, but after I did the free trial its kinda nice
let me know if you have any trouble with the setup to get it transcoding. ITs pretty straightforwardOrdered proc, mobo, and 64GB of RAM. Hoping to be able to do transcodes in RAM with all that.
that proc you linked above?Ordered proc, mobo, and 64GB of RAM. Hoping to be able to do transcodes in RAM with all that.
