Since polo must be too deep into the proverbial Guiness gutter by now I figured I'd make this thread.

Anyone getting raucously inebriated today/tonight? I think I might buy a lot of booze, not sure if I shall be joining 'the Irish' just yet but I've booked tomorrow off work to deal with any consequences that may arise.

I recently saw the Good Eats episode on corned beef. You need to let that shit brine for five days, apparently. I think I'll have to give it a try someday. Too bad brisket has become so costly.
