You know, if you pay attention to the things I say, you might learn how to actually talk to women.

Obv sugary veggies like carrots!! But not greens!!!! NOT GREENS!!!!!!
I think generally:
-create good habits, tackle changing something different every week. [im cray cray and just changed ALL THE BAD HABITS all at once] but general wisdom is that forming good habits works best when you change a single behavior at a time.
-be open to trial and error. KETO, PALEO, LOW CARB, LOW FAT, INTERMITTENT FASTING whatever. something will work for someone. it will just take time to find the right mix for you.
-move your body. fine, be a cardio bunny. sure, pound metal. whatever. JUST MOVE and stick to it. [including weight training does help decrease muscle loss, and helps with loose skin issues though, so there's that]
-creating measurable, specific goals is golden. it helps focus you, and you can track progress.
I'm no expert though.
BF says when he was training he had tons of carbs and protein

What sort of die? one for cutting threads? a 20-sided? something else?So we have a bunch of banana's on the counter and I tell Zac to take two tomorrow to work for a snack. He goes into this whole thing about how he will only take one because two is too much sugar to have.
Remember, Zac is a bean pole.
So I ask him if he wants a slice of bread with his perogi's and he said yes. I had sliced up some grape tomatoes and douced them with balsamic to go with my perogi's.
Wait, back up. He'll have a slice of bread, but NOT one extra banana during the day? I assume that the banana is much healthier than store bought bread. Plus the perogi's and the sour cream on top of them can't be that healthy either. Sometimes I think he likes to argue with me just because he can win.... I lay over a die too much.
Who is more crazy?
Without looking, I would say that the bread and the perogis have more carbs than the banananananananananananaWhich has less carbs? I probably would have gone with the banana though. Loveeee fruit.
