Fired this thing up afterwards, ran it off the EV socket on the front of the house because too much smoke running it indoors. Made some badass burgers on it for the inaugural cook.

I've decided that it's gonna live outdoors, and I'm gonna make some kind of BBQ cart thing for it and put a BBQ cover over it. The thing weighs 160lbs, so stealing the frame off a roadside BBQ probably ain't gonna cut it and I'll need to do actual fabrication.
