I used some of my CovidCash to buy a small handicrapper stool and a shower head on a hose. I’ve had too many incidents of not being able to shower and all my other handicrapper shower stuff sucked. It required removing my shower doors and showering in an open bathroom, freezing and water everywhere to clean up after.

so i spent the entire day in bed (still in bed now)
i was in and out of sleep + my hands are a bit better and i was able to walk to the bathroom a couple of times (yay)
today i recorded my first brutal migraine in over 100 days
this is by far my worst symptom
let’s hope tomorrow is a better day and tbis was just an isolated incident

Sodium OD causes all those symptoms. I’ve had migraines my entire life (since teen years anyway) and had allergy tests, etc, up the wahzoo and never found a cause. But if I avoid high sodium and stay hydrated, the chances of a true migraine happening are much lower.

i had eggs this morning and they made me vomit again
this has been happening more and more with eggs
i love eggs with all my heart and soul.
I literally vomit on my plate.. as i’m swallowing it’s coming right back up

nope! I know developing aversions during pregnancy is pretty common, just like cravings, but I'm not sure why it hasn't left me yet. 100% no chance of being pregnant again right now, so it's not that
