Cumberland Island off of St. Mary's GA is a cool place to camp. Cars aren't allowed on the island and you take a ferry over to it. There are packs of wild hoses on the island and ruins of an Valnderbuilt Mansion.

been there...it is pretty cool...it's like a 10 min boat ride from sea island and st. simon's
