Mine is very similar (in black) to this one from Aritzia (TNA)
Warmest coat I have ever owned
You mean an M65 fishtail parka >.>

I have an entire box of them new in the plastic made in the 70s

The interchangeable liners are nice, but it's a lot of coat.

I dislike zippers on anything but the main seam down the torso. Too King-of-Pop
Nah - it's good looking if they are kind of hidden zippers as many are

For the main ones, I get the ones with velcro flaps over the top to cover up.

Really though for many things zippers are more windproof than buttons so preferable in real cold.

Wool is the best material for a coat.

Water/wind proof
Not flammable
No, they get wet, they will just keep you warm while they are wet. Wind is more dependent on the weave and thickness. It also wears poorly, very poorly. They make great liners sometimes.

It's a pain in the ass to clean though

That coat has a map pocket in the back? I'd pass in about 2 seconds. Looks like what a lumberjack would wear in the plaid version.

If you going for that style at least get a bit more modern and something that is lined, weather proof and might actually keep you warm

It's very windproof and very heavy. I had one.

Downsides are that they it's im-fucking-possible to wash because it's wool and it is super hot as fuck if you get active and absorbs sweat like a sponge.
