Well obviously that's a given, I mean, I haven't gotten up from the couch in days, I must be nearing 500 pounds by now.

If I was doing the same thing she was, all I would have said was, "HFCS does not cause obesity or Type II diabetes"
I've already gone in to more detail than she has. I explained it was calories that caused obesity. I explained that HFCS is just another for of fruit sugar and would cause an insulin response (how your body handles insulin is what diagnoses one with diabetes) equivalent to consuming some fruits.
You ready for the kicker?
Here's the glycemic index number for HFCS - 62. That is classified as high.
Here are healthy foods with a higher GI number than HFCS
Cantaloupe - 65
dates - 103
pineapple - 66
Raisins - 64
Watermelon - 72
Here's bad foods for you that are less likely cause diabetes than HFCS
Snickers bar - 41
Pizza Hut supreme pizza- 33
But HFCS is different! omg its from Krypton, a doctor told me so.

Er, okay bub.
If given the choice between a real sugar and HFCS, which one would you choose?
Unless your taste buds are burnt out from throat yodelling heated tyre irons, or you're retarded you'd choose the real stuff.
I have don't worry.
I like to change things up, I'm eating cheesecake right now.
My sister has a thyroid issue that causes her to not lose weight no matter how much she runs it seems like. She runs faster and longer than I could ever run though. She's not muscley either.

We're not talking about taste preferences though.
Plus we'll put it in real life aspects now.
You can choose to pay $8 for 36 cans of Coke containing HFCS at Costco.
You can choose to pay $17 for 18 bottles of Coke containing cane sugar at Costco.
Which would you choose on a regular basis?
I'm figuring if I can purchase items without HFCS (maybe not organic) but buy the milk, eggs and meats grass fed, cage free and mostly organic that's pretty good.fixt.
It's hard enough trying to buy the cheap food and stay on budget let alone the other stuff.

And thats just it. It's available, but people don't want to pay for it.
Chikken is the wise man.The correct answer is neither, beer instead!
is wrong with you people!???!?!
8. TO SUPPORT A TRUE ECONOMY
Although organic foods might seem more expensive than conventional foods, conventional food prices don't reflect hidden costs such as pesticide regulation and testing, hazardous waste disposal and clean up and environmental damage. If the hidden environmental and social costs of chemically-produced conventional produce were added to that produce, it would be more than double the price of organic food.
where's the gif w/that guy with his head in his hands.
"hidden environmental and social costs"
lolz.
come on now. You just want to hug it all out. it's ok.
