Uh, kind of hard to explain, but you just kind of know. If you aren't sure, take a shower, if they get worse, they are probably real, if they slow down, they aren't. How many weeks are you (I know, I should know, but blah).
It goes well with whisky shaped food.I just ate some rectabular shaped food
Not sure if that will agree with my stomach
I'm 36 weeks or so.
You don't want to be having contractions yet then. It really is better to have them cook as long as possible as opposed to having to leave them in the hospital when you go home.

Well, she's probably already pretty well developed. They are thinking she's around 6lbs right now and looks to have good lung development. Obviously we won't know until she comes out, but I'm not really panicked anyway. Plus, I'm probably gonna be in the hospital for a little while after birth because we have to address all the issues I've developed while pregnant that we couldn't address due to pregnancy. Hopefully we can do that quickly and we'll all be able to come home fast. Thank goodness Dan gets 3 weeks paternity leave.
Oh, and based on the descriptions here and in what to expect when you are expecting, I've been having contractions on and off all day. I even have some of that slightly bloody discharge they talk about. My doctor told me to call her when I get to about 5 minutes apart. I'm not anywhere close to that though.
3 weeks?
Here in the land of socialism and freedom we get months paternity leave. I think my brother took 6 months last time.
Paternity is company specific. I didn't get any. I had to use vacation time.
I think they mean paid, you have 12 weeks job protected unpaid leave if covered by FMLA.
any amount of time, up to 3 months, they can't deny you12 weeks unpaid sounds like a great idea. Not only have you just got a new mouth to feed you go 3 months with no pay.
any amount of time, up to 3 months, they can't deny you
except:
if you are employed by a company with fewer than 50 employees
you work for a railroad
you work for a farm
you earn less than 1600 a month
you are a contractor (non regular employee)
you are paid through equity ownership (partnerships and whatnot)
Then you get no coverage.
I read all your posts, ALL OF THEMWhy do you do overkill on information? You know the internet is full of people with ADD and we only read the first six words of any post.
Just a friendly comment to stop wasting your time.
