Ontopic A thread about board games

Anybody else have a board flipping sibling? You know. A loser?

One of my older sibs would flip the board if they were losing. Even Monopoly. An hour and a half in, pieces everywhere. At the time, it wasn’t fun or funny. It is now though.

Here's our cabinet of games.

Board games have been replacing books in our house. The bookcases are now game cases.

I enjoy reading books from my phone anyways. Nice collection. I see monopoly in the bottom right corner.

I bought a couple of editions of Trivial Pursuit at a garage sale once and after playing them a few times and doing way worse than usual, we realized they were special Canadian versions. Never even knew such a thing existed, but it makes sense.

That’s how I learned what poutine is.
