Trained in smoke filled rooms (and yes its in the report that he let off smoke, so I didnt have to be there like you seem to have been) with hundresd of screaming, panicked people in a dark theatre? Sure. Of course you could get a headshot, which is what you'd need considering he had body armour on. The whole argument of more guns making it safer is retarded. It probably wouldn't harm people to look outside their bubble and read other perspectives sometimes.

You so weren't there though. April could have stood up calmly, taken her gun out and shot him dead right there and then. In the dark. Through smoke and tear gas. With Zac running round like a fairy screaming 'OH MY GODD SOMEBODY SHOT A BABY'.
You could take any out of band event like this and make a big deal out of it. Maybe 14 people die tomorrow on that big fucking wheel thing in London, or in the chunnel. Doesn't mean those things shouldn't exist...

Difference being I suppose I don't get pissed off, mentally break and then kill 50 people in a matter of minutes with alcohol or cigarettes. It would take a lot of effort to do it in a car too. Probable death count would be pretty low. There's something seriously up in a country which has shootings of this kind all the fricking time, other countries manage to be responsible with their guns and yet Americans just love to kill each other. What's up with that eh?
The whole thing smells fishy. Not saying for sure it was something like that but it's just odd.
The Fort Hood shooter showed a lot of stuff similar to this guy. Mental field background and odd behavior during the shootings. There is even audio on line that someone got with a high grade scanner on an off police band that has some oddities mentioned as it happened. Commands that were given that didn't match with the main police channel buzz. But it's typical for reporters etc to monitor police main channel bands. I can't remember where I left that link.

CIA cover up for sure. Government are experimenting on citizens with mind control probes. Tin foil hat brigade will cream their pants over this one.
The CIA was working on programing people in the 50s. I read some great unclassified documents about the first stages of that research. It was a story about how the CIA programmed two female receptionist in their main building to see if they could get two unknowing people to do a fake bomb drop and set up and them have no clue what they were doing or that they had done it. Manchurian Candidate level stuff. They had taught the woman skills that the women didn't have a clue they knew how to do and were able to remote trigger them. It went way better than they had hoped. And that was in the 50s.

If they had that kind of control 60 years ago it wouldn't make much sense to program someone into thinking they're the Joker. Much better to turn them into Jason Bourne.
Not if you wanted them to be caught and everyone think he did it himself so you can pass laws banning guns. Like the one that just happens to be up for vote in the few days in the UN.
