WTF Your thoughts on Houston

regardless of transmission I would take that car 100 times over before I'd get a fusion. you'll also make up that 2k in the difference in gas expense between the 2 cars. just my .02 though.

diesel here is $0.40 more per gallon. 41mpg vs. 33mpg. I don't think you would.
 
That Jetta is $2000 less than MSRP with 11K miles on it. This Fusion is $2000 less than MSRP with 0 miles on it.

that's because they hold their value exceptionally well. the fusion will be worth a lot less sooner

Having test driven both, I like the way the Fusion drives and rides a lot better than the Jetta. That being said, I think there are better cars than both choices, but then again it's a choice. I think Dave should get the car he wants and enjoy it.
 
lot of people have fusions as company cars at work, they're actually really good rides for the size/price. huge upgrade from a fit anyways.

i'm definitely a chevy guy but i still approve of the fusions.
