So there is a possibility for a job transfer to Houston within my company. The position is with a much more stable organization within my company and the facility is located in Sugar Land.

What are your thoughts about Houston or that area in particular? Any good and cheap areas to get housing? Likes and dislikes? I heard it smells there

i visited sugar land one time and really enjoyed the area. i don't know anything about it, but it was visually appealing to me.
