Food Dieting tips

OMG LUCKY YOUUUUUUUUUUuu
how did u stay on penicillin THAT long without knowing u were allergic.

anyhoo the strep throat was brutal. like BAD i wanted to die.. but the hot horrid sweats and constant vomiting made it all worth is when i dropped a few sausage rolls <3

no, i couldn't take penicillin, i took erythromycin, and was better for like 2 days and it came back. then they gave my clindamycin, which you can't lay down for like an hour after taking because it'll make holes in your tummy or some shit. Sucks when you have to take it every 6 hours, fucks up your sleeping too. It came back again twice more after that as well. It would just clear up for like two days when my script ran out and come back every time. That was like 8 years ago, and I haven't had any antibiotics since.

So I know that I have a long way to go on this but I finally lost weight. I've been doing the gym 2 to 3 times each week (45 minutes per visit) and then outdoor activity on Saturday (rollerblading or bike riding). I've had been doing that for a month with no noticable change. So I switched to an hour with 30 minutes weights and 30 minutes cardio for the past month. I've gone down a pants size.

As far as food, I've been more careful of what I eat but I am not dieting by any means. I drink more water and I take longer to eat which makes me eat less.

Again, I know I have a ways to go but its nice to finally start seeing results.

Good Work Dharma!

I'd like to lose about 10 pounds or so. I really need to get out rollerblading again. My problem is that by the time of day I actually have time to go, i'm pretty beat.

thats awesome!!!!!!
send me noods.

also... i like your idea about eating slow.
will try.

Thanks, boo.

I was watching Ruby (Brent's favorite reality TV show) and they had a show about gentle eating. Most of which I find to be bullshit but the thing that stuck with me was setting your fork down while your chewing. Also, I read "Food Rules," by Michael Pollan and he said the same thing.
