A judge put a temp ban here on using any chemical weapons and projectiles on anyone doing a peaceful protest. And in instances in a full riot if it’s needed to protect life and property it has to be witnessed by the officer and approved by someone Capt or higher.

Isn’t this just common sense? It’s in the constitution we can protest. A judge shouldn’t have to tell the cops not to attack people that do.

You would think. Once again I'm glad to live in a city where 9 times out of 10 common sense will prevail when stupid tries to take over.

And the Cop immediately filed their own motions to the Judge crying foul.
