I need to go to the doctor. I haven't been, other than to get some antibiotics for a sinus infection, in 7 years. I feel pretty good but I'm worried I'm missing out on something important like a finger in the butt.
I saw a doctor recently. He poked me in my belly and we had an argument over the BMI chart being bullshit for people over 6'. That being said, I'm healthy. ~6'4" and ~220 is plenty healthy considering I lift weights and cycle 50 miles a week.

In all seriousness, theres all kinds of medical stuff you can do yourself, wondering if prostate is one.
Something along the lines of self breast exam feeling for lumps, etc.

Obviously enlargement would require a frame of reference for what is normal. CHecking yourself after the dr. says it's all good might be a good start.
