is great post workout. I do 1/2 a tab in about 18 oz of water

This one was mostly what I was talking about for longer than 5 mile runs. When I'd do 6+ miles, I'd do it in a loop that let me stop by my house in the middle & had it ready to mix with water in the garage. 8oz, mixed, consumed, & back on the road in 30-60 seconds.

& if you're heading to a forest preserve or somewhere away from home, I actually premeasure the tailwind for a bottle of water and keep it in an empty Nuun container until I need it.

I’ve been working out 4-5 days a week during all of January (lol New Years resolutions), and eating sensibly! I’ve lost 8lbs so far. \o/

I need to lose the happy cheese, beer, hibernating in the winter WI weight gain :(

Soooo many more lbs to go. I hope I stay consistent
