Yeah, fuck that, I'm not looking at it. Lines on the screen = she's fucked, buy another.

They asked me if it's covered under warranty, I said not for that. "Are you sure about that?" - yes, call the fuckin' 1-800 number, tell them you dropped it at least three times, needed to change the hard drive twice, the case is all beat to fuck, and get their opinion.
 
UPS insurance actually came through. We shipped my parents one of my old PCs for christmas to upgrade their pentium II celeron or whatever ancient crap they had. Knew that computers are a bitch to ship, so brought it to the UPS store and had them pack it (and paid a pretty penny for it), and guarantee the packing, and insurance.

They busted it up anyway despite awesome packing, and the insurance actually paid out for it.

I needed a Mac desktop and was fed up tinkering with my 3 year old Hackintosh.

Used Minis are a shit deal right now, I don't the iMac screen.

But these '09 Pros are still exceptionally solid and expandable. Not to mention reliable.

With the SSD in there it screams.
