Advice If you use tapatalk, you might wanna hide your info

Oh no doubt. As much as the interface pisses me of it's still ten times better than browsing a forum with mobile mode. In fact, I pretty much loathe all browser interaction on a mobile device. I use apps as often as I can to avoid having a mobile site load.

I've tried nearly a dozen browsers, every one of them garbage for one raisin or another

So far the sole convenience it provided for me was saving the forums I'm on so I don't have to log in.

Thing is I only have three forums anymore, two of which I rarely ever visit. It's not worth it imho
 
I can't think of people that don't use their form of their name as a screen name as a real name. You've ruined it for me. I don't even know what to do.

no I mean between devices. I sign in to tapatalk on a new device and it syncs the forums

useful for someone that has a whole bunch but with UF being the only one I really visit anymore (not counting reddit which has its own app) I may get around to logging out of it if I remember to do so

Ah, that makes sense then. I just use it on my phone so I've never run into any need for it.

There needs to be a unified plugin for mobile apps built into forum software.

Only until you uninstall the app or want to add another forum. You can do old things without signing in to Tapatalk, but you cannot add anything new without creating a Tapatalk ID.

I don't want it emailing random people about me though. Privacy should always be a concern, each person should be able to choose how private or open they want too be, some app shouldn't decide for them.
