I picked up .308 the other day. I'm still waiting on glass. The stock is a manners t4a with a mini-chassis. Takes AICS mags and does not need bedding. Going to give it a whirl in a team sniper match next month. It's not as nice as my custom rifle, but I sold it to buy a new house.

Meh. I don't care about style over substance. A well machined, well performing handgun is the important thing. And there are some d*mn fine handguns out there. I don't know why people have such hardons for 1911s.
