I've always thought plastic surgery was pretty damn creepy. I remember watching Taboo on TV and they were talking about African women (I don't remember which culture) that would take measures to flatten their breasts starting at a young age. It included sticks from the fire, rocks, etc. and banging, hitting, and rolling out the breast until it was flat.
Okay, yes that is weird, but not as weird as cutting open the skin and putting a foreign object that is basically a ziplock baggie of your favorite solution then sewing it up to make the breasts bigger.
