Screw that noise. Definitely admire your profession as it is what I was in college for when my birth control vs antibiotics = fail episode happened. I guess I'm glad I didn't quite continue down that road.
btw, ended up giving that guy four new meds... which I generally don't do (like to cap it at changes max per session) but due to insurance shit, won't see him till January and his symptoms are severe like written threats to staff's life and such
