he had a pocket knife, and was on an EMPTY streetcar. He was shot 9 times, and the cop got 6 years in jail for continuing to fire after the guy went down.

They did this yesterday when a guy was stealing at a Home Depot in Dallas. The store cop held he guy until the Cops showed up and then the guy somehow got a weapon and shot all 3 and ran.
