Ontopic The new car-seching thread

I almost bought the Toyota CR-H a few months ago. The downside is even with a hefty down-payment ($15,000) I'd still have a small car payment.
Also, it has no balls. 0-60 in 11 seconds.
Can't abide with that.

a small car payment is better than a big one no?
especially if you like the car

i know what car i have in mind
well two different cars in eyeing down

no toyota tho

The rear bushings in the 300ZX are squeaky AF in the cold. Gonna have to regrease them soon, which means I need to order some more SuperLube.
FOLLOW UP: it's actually a failing spherical joint on the traction rod on the side of the rear of the Z that had the toe rod come disconnected from the subframe.

Whether the two events are connected, I'm not sure, but I've ordered two replacement track rods with teflon joints instead of nylon. I'll have to make a little jig to make sure the replacement rods are the same length as I install them.

Got the seat for my Audi back.

I was looking for a sympathetic restoration on my seat (not a complete re-cover), and that's what I got. The only replaced panel was the left side bolster. It did get new foam under all the bolsters.

Total was $565.
