Termoplaza panels are not solar panels. He sort of just DID shill. Smoke and mirrors - just basic resistance heating between 2 heat sink panels. They've been selling those here for decades as under-desk heaters.

Those are for 12/24V input. I should know, I bought one that I used to mount a dash cam in the Krautwagen.

I ran LV 8 wire (5v, 3.3v, 12v, associated grounds) to a bunch of places in the house when i did rewiring. I have yet to use any of it.

What i did use the hell out of was POE over all the cat5e I ran. That can be converted to any number of nice voltages and connectors with a 6-8 dollar POE adapter.

DC in wall is a losing proposition given voltage drop over distance.

Especially at 3.3 and stuff like that. I had a variable power supply at the power end, so i was pushing 3.7 to get 3.2ish at the end of a 100ft run over 18ga
