Edit : Miyamoto is Senior Managing Director, Entertainment Analysis & Development. He also created just about every Nintendo IP (Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong, Pikmin, etc.)

Satoru Iwata is the President of Nintendo.

Ya I work with engineers everyday, and theres regularly a "My equation kicks your equation ass" type discussion in the area. It usually doesnt get too heated, but if they go for the graph calculators its time to go break it up.
