Ontopic String's and Adi's gear & pedal thread

What do you guys use for pedal eq? Like for going straight to the board, or to a Poweramp rig. Not an actual bass amp with tone controls on it.

quite loaded for the price

the sansamps or the api
anything with enough clean gain (to begin with)
any eq or preamp pedal should do

Those would be nice additions.
Was thinking more semi-para or graphic with more bands closer together in the upper bass through mids.

More diy band type stuff. More precise cutting of boomy stages and rooms, slotting with the kick, etc. without taking out a wide swath of frequencies. Basically "fixing" it there before sending to a Poweramp only rig or old school PA that doesn't have much for eq on individual channel strips.

Ya, there's the typical 9 or 10 band graphic pedal. Was wondering what else.

Nice. The midsweep could serve as a "boom fixer". And I'm also lacking a comp, although not sure I "need" one.

I'm like the Chevette to you two's Corvette in the pedal department.
