Just because I don't like red meat doesn't mean I don't enjoy food or cooking. How the hell do you think I got so fat once. In fact I enjoy it a lot and don't always take the easiest way out to do things. FFS I am even making pasta from scratch and rolled out today along with everything else. Only thing I am not making from scratch is the damn fruit we'll have on the side.

I like traditional cooking as much as anyone, but I enjoy sous vide cooking also. My biggest gripe about sous vide cooking is that it takes a lot of the skill out of it. it's almost thintard-proof.

It really doesn't take up much space and the results are pretty amazing.I haven't tried this sauce vee-day. Is it yet another gadget that will get used once or twice and then take up cupboard space?
